Booking conditions
​General terms
Hydlaparken Climbing Park reserves the right to change or cancel events due to weather or other conditions the make it unsafe to open the climbing park.
The guests are responsible for obtaining information about our safety rules and regulations.
The climbing park will open regardless of weather throughout the season. In the event of a thunderstorm and/or strong winds, all or parts of the park may need to close until the weather clears.

Payment Terms
We accept cash, Vipps, and the following payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Bankaxept.

Online Transactions
We accept the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard.
The booking is binding upon confirmed approved transaction. Keep a printout of the confirmation.
A receipt of the booking must be brought and presented at check-in at the harness rental area.
In case of illness/injury of the booked guest before check-in, we will refund 90% of the booking value to the affected guest upon presentation of a medical certificate.

Cancellation Terms
Tickets purchased online are non-refundable, and only valid for the specific date they are booked.

Security
Hydlaparken is responsible for transactions made through the website. Transactions are processed with SSL encryption.

Personal Information
Customer data is not shared with/sold to third parties and is stored in accordance with Norwegian law. Note that season tickets/gift cards are treated the same as regular tickets and drop-ins. This means you are not guaranteed a spot if the climbing park is full.
Terms for Group Bookings
Payment Terms:
We accept cash, Vipps, and the following payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Bankaxept. Invoicing only by agreement.

Cancellation Terms for Phone/Email or Direct Contact

Total cancellation can be made free of charge up to 4 weeks before the event.

Total cancellation 2-4 weeks before the event: We charge a 1,500 NOK administration fee.

Total cancellation 1-2 weeks before the event: We charge 50% of the total booking value.

Total cancellation 1 week before the event: We charge 100% of the total booking value.

Minor adjustments in the number of visitors can be updated free of charge up to 24 hours before the event.

Payment is required for reserved unused spots.

Special terms apply for groups over 60 people.
Online Transactions for Groups
We accept the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard.
The booking is binding upon confirmed approved transaction. Keep a printout of the confirmation.

If the customer cancels within 2 weeks before the event date, we will refund 80% of the total booking value.

If the customer cancels 1-2 weeks before the event date, we will refund 50% of the total booking value.

We do not offer refunds later than 1 week before the event date.

In case of illness/injury of a registered person, we will refund 90% of the total booking value regardless of the event date upon presentation of a medical certificate.

If the organizer cancels, an alternative event will be offered if possible. If the customer chooses to withdraw from the event, the organizer will refund 100% of the booking value.

In case of cancellation, the booking confirmation should be sent by email to Hydlaparken with any attachments. Provide a bank account number for the refund.
